Disney declared war on Warner Bros. when they announced that J.J. Abrams' Star Wars Episode VII would be released on the same date as Duncan Jones' adaptation of World of Warcraft. Well, it's the latter who have now backed down as they've moved Warcraft back to March. The movie will be heavy on CGI, so it should also give them the time they need to ensure it looks as good as possible. Star Wars is now free to dominate December in 2015 unless Warner Bros. takes their revenge by pitting Batman Vs. Superman against them! The Mummy reboot also has a release date, while Seventh Son is now set to be released more than a year later than expected!
Universal's THE MUMMY reboot will unwrap April 22, 2016. Andres Muschietti (MAMA) directs from a script by Jon Spaihts (PROMETHEUS).

WARCRAFT wisely moves away from STAR WARS: EPISODE VII's release date, 12/18/15, and instead will go forth 3/11/16.

Universal's SEVENTH SON will now grace us with its presence 2/6/15. Yes, more than a year after its last release date.
