In the final episode of Netflix's Daredevil series (titled "Daredevil" funnily enough) we finally get to see Matt Murdock ditch the black jumpsuit and don the classic red superhero costume from the comics. The reactions to the initial reveal were mixed, but now that we see it in full and in motion, what do you guys think?
Personally I'm still on the fence. It looks fine in that first shot, but when we move in a little closer and he smiles... ehhhh. I think maybe they should have went with more of a cowl than a helmet, though I understand why they wanted to distance themselves from the Ben Affleck version at the same time. Remember though, we were told there would be several versions of the costume and that it would be constantly evolving so this is probably not the final look.
Starring Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, and more, Daredevil premiered on Netflix on April 10th.
