Jeff Wadlow (Never Back Down) has turned in his script for the live-action He-Man and the Masters of the Universe movie according to film producer and Columbia Pictures Senior VP Devon Franklin. Hopefully, the second live-action He-Man movie fares better than the first attempt that starred Dolph Lundgren in 1987. Wadlow is also currently attacked to Fox's X-Force movie. Neither film has a confirmed release date meaning that Sony and Fox may soon find themselves competing for Wadlow's services if both films exit the development stage at similar times. Below, you can see a copy of the cover page of the script Wadlow turned in to Franklin. Of note, are the names of the writers who previously worked on the He-Man film including the team of Alex Litvak (Predators, The Three Musketeers) and MIchael Finch (Predators, Hitman: Agent 47); Richard Wenk (The Expendables 2, The Equalizer), and Terry Rossio (Pirates of the Carribean franchise).
@Farafamgama @JeffWadlow is working 247, we'll have a draft into the studio for the holidays. By the power of Grayskull, this will happen!
