QUICK HITTING HARD NEWS FROM AROUND THE WEB.

Seth Rogen has teased another excerpt from the Preacher pilot. According to Variety, AMC is very close to giving the green light to the Garth Ennis adaptation. Hopefully, we'll be getting casting rumblings very soon.

According to TV Line, Oliver (Stephen Amell) will soon find out that Laurel (Katie Cassidy) is training with Ted Grant (J.R. Ramirez) and he doesn't like it one bit. Said Amell on the subject---

"The dynamic [between Laura and Oliver this season] has been very adversarial. What [Laura] wants and what [Oliver's] prepared to reciprocate are at odds with one another, and that carries through the fall. [Also] it is Laurel’s decision, it is not Oliver’s [on whether to tell Capt. Lance about Sara]. [But Oliver's] not gonna step on that. He has the ability to disagree without taking matters into his own hands."

Over on The Flash, it seems Eddie Thawne (Rick Cosnett) is starting to put a few clues together, regarding Iris' (Candice Patton) infatuation with Flash (Grant Gustin) and also Barry's secret torch for Iris. Said Cosnett---

[Iris' infatuation with the red streak] is definitely a point of tension. What’s happening with that, how she’s investigating it, how he reacts to it and how it affects their dynamic is quite a big point of contention."

Candice Patton adds---

"Eddie starts to get the impression that there is more than meets the eye, at least with Barry, and he will confront Iris about that."

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, actor Mark Ruffalo is singing the same, sad song regarding the prospects of a solo Hulk movie from Marvel Studios.

"I don't really know what's happening in the whole Marvel universe. I know [in terms of the] Hulk getting [his own new] movie, [Marvel] went from an "absolutely no" to a "maybe" after Avengers. If all goes according to plan, then maybe one day there will be another Hulk movie."
