*This Is Not A Full Blown Fan Cast Of Every Player In These Shows; I'm Focusing On The Main Heroes*
DAREDEVIL
Michael C. Hall
When you look around the web, Hall's name comes up constantly for the role of Daredevil. Some think it's tiring, but others (such as myself) see him as the popular, but also safe choice. Dexter had huge ratings for many years, and this was due in part to Hall's acting. There's no doubt he can act; I could see Marvel going with him if they were wanting a big name TV star.
Richard Madden
Unlike Hall, Madden is perhaps not as popular (arguably); but that should change. Madden had a great run on HBO's Game of Thrones and showed he has excellent acting abilities. He's young and talented, which seems to be the motivation for almost every casting decision Marvel makes. All kidding aside, he'd be an excellent Daredevil and an excellent addition to the MCU.
Damien Lewis
Out of the three choices I could think of for Daredevil, Damien makes the most sense to me. He's a talented BRITISH actor (Hollywood's favorite type) who while popular before, has significantly gained more notoriety for his performance in Homeland. While that may take up most of his schedule, I'm sure if Marvel really wanted talent as high caliber as Lewis, they'd make the time for him.
DIRECTOR: Joe Carnahan
Joe had a shot at Daredevil back before Marvel regained the rights, and in my opinion it was tragic that we lost Carnahan's vision for Daredevil. Gritty and no holds barred, Carnahan didn't get to shoot a thing but his concept video sold me. Mind you, this may be a bit too gritty for Marvel, but considering they're going to Netflix and not ABC for this, something tells me Marvel isn't afraid to get a bit of dirt under it's nails.
Please Marvel, skip the origins bullshit and give us the story we deserve: Born Again.
IRON FIST
Ray Park
Ray makes a lot of sense to me for the role of Iron Fist; his Martial Arts background is a huge asset, but on top of that, he's generally been hidden as an actor. In that sense, he's covered in masks, or makeup, and has rarely had a chance to really show himself for who he is. I think while a little older, he has the skill and even Marvel occasionally casts older actors. So why not!?
Jason Statham
While Statham has stipulations on who he would play, I'd imagine Iron Fist would be more up his alley then a Cyclops or Dr.Strange (although don't deny, it would be hilarious). Not the best actor, but he's a great action star and would be a good 'get' for Marvel.
Cam Gigandet
While I'll always remember Gigandet as the one who killed Marissa, it's no denying that the guy is a decent action star. Not my first choice, but I think he has potential to be a good (if not great in some aspects) Iron Fist.
DIRECTOR: Gareth Evans
Either you've seen The Raid, or you haven't.
LUKE CAGE
Dwayne Johnson
I'd go with Dwayne mainly because to see him and Ray Park as Iron Fist together would be great. The two had chemistry on GI Joe 2, so it would be a pseudo-continuation of that. Also, Dwayne is also a pretty charismatic lead when given good material.
DIRECTOR: John Singleton
Like Carnahan, I think Singleton was a good fit for the character but when the rights reverted his vision got shelved. Singleton has a history with film that makes Luke Cage almost a no-brainer for him to direct.
JESSICA JONES
Kate Mara
After seeing her in House of Cards, I was convinced of her acting ability as well as her hot body (sorry). She works well under the Netflix model, and is a rising star who honestly could do a lot of great work in a role like this. Honestly, to me she's just the perfect fit.
DIRECTOR: Kathryn Bigelow
Kathryn is one of my all time favorite directors after she made my second most charished and viewed movie of all time: Point Break. That said, she also writes women on film well (i.e. Zero Dark Thirty) and can handle action scenes well. She'd be a big get for Marvel, seriously.
