Edgar Wright Ant-Man villain choice

In case you haven't noticed yet, Edgar Wright is doing The World's End blu-ray promotions and every outlet is trying to pump him for Ant-Man info. That said, Den of Geek didn't get anything new from Wright on Ant-Man but the director DID talk about the moive-making process at Marvel Studios. Using Thor: The Dark World as reference (and the 4 directors that worked on it - Tim Miller, Alan Taylor, Joss Whedon and James Gunn) Wright was asked how working on a Marvel Studios film compares to one of his much smaller budgeted, comedy films. "Well, I've written [Ant-Man] as well, so maybe that's a slightly different thing," said Wright in comparison to Alan Taylor's exerience on Thor: The Dark World. He continued, "I like to think I've got a good handle on what I want it to be. I think bigger movies, in some respects, do become more of a team effort. I think what they've done very well is create their own sort-of-like mini-genre, much like the Marvel comics themselves have editors. They have writers, pencillers and inkers, and you also have a story editor and the editor of the comics. That's not a million miles away from the studio system so it'd kind of like a team effort anyway. I know that they want me to make the movie that I've written."
