I guess I've always seen Fox's X-flicks (even the awful ones) as striving for a more adult vibe that Marvel's output.

It looks better than I expected (costumes are still horrid), but I'll be shocked if it's even half as good as X-MEN: FIRST CLASS.

X-Men: Days of Future Past looks really intriguing. Linking 6 different films into one is very, very ambitious. Cautiously optimistic.

“@MSLisaChang: @ShawnRAshmore you look so grown up! I need to see it now, I can't take it.” Ha a little facial hair makes a big difference:)

Now we have an X-Men DOFP trailer ti build our X-citement! Good times for our kind, isn't it?

X-Men trailer looks alright. Does, uh, X-Men 3 still fit into this continuity?
— Rob KILL-ory (@Rob_guillory) October 29, 2013
Dear Wolverine: please go back in time & let Bryan Singer know that "We need you to hope again" is a really awkward line. #DaysOfFuturePast

Days of Future Past movie looks great, a lot like the comic, but needs more Blob. Ask @nick_lowe_ how often I pitch a return of the Blob.

Safe bet RT @MattK187: @MiddleEasy Fox's X-Force film is the first time we'll see a proper Deadpool and Cable in 2015? @robertliefeld

People in the THR offices can't get enough of that X-Men: Days of Future Past trailer. Even non-geeks are getting into it.

Biggest problem with every single X-Men movie? No baseball games.
— Alex Zalben (@azalben) October 29, 2013
james mcavoy is pretty damn great. he and fassbender were amazing casting.
— Christopher Yost (@yost) October 29, 2013
Don’t worry. Watching the new X-Men trailer will only get you a warning. Liking it however, is at least a broken leg.
