“Transformers: Dark of the Moon” crosses $1bn mark

The third install­ment of the “Trans­form­ers” fran­chise has crossed the $1 bil­lon mark in world­wide rev­enue, mak­ing it the third Amer­i­can major motion pic­ture release in 2011 to achieve this milestone.
