The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn review

“The Twi­light Saga: Break­ing Dawn (Part One)” con­tin­ues the dull, though admit­tedly pretty, series of movies based on Stephanie Meyer’s books. As the plot grows yet more ludi­crous and the Mor­mon author’s anti-abortion agenda becomes clearer, it is hard not to be impressed by the ded­i­ca­tion the actors put into keep­ing their faces straight through­out the entirety of the vapid story – with the excep­tion of some of the younger actors, whose earnest­ness leads one to think that they may actu­ally believe that they are work­ing on a work of art.
