Not only did Transformers: Age of Extinction have the best opening in North America (besting Captain America: The Winter Soldier), it also had the best opening in China - for an imported film. Michael Bay's fourth live-action Transformers pulled in a whopping $90M. Remember that Chinese producer that wanted to pull out at the last minute? Gosh, they must be feeling silly right now.
